We try out best and put together some answers to your most asked questions. Kindly remind, if there’s still something you’re not sure about you can always drop us an email at contact@tangflowers.com and we will help as soon as we can.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout London mostly and the UK. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Scilly Isles.

When do you deliver?

For most London addresses we deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.

For nationwide and some Greater London addresses, we deliver 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.

Next day & selected day London delivery

We offer same day or next day delivery for local London addresses when the order is placed before 3pm, Monday - Saturday. You can also select delivery on a future date.

Our drivers will hand deliver your bouquet between 10am and 7pm, unfortunately we cannot guarantee or specify a time slot. If no one is home to receive the flowers, a delivery note will be left to specify whether the bouquet was left with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property.

We do not offer tracking for these deliveries as our drivers generally have a long list of deliveries (and London traffic) to contend with.

Nationwide delivery

For addresses further afield, we deliver Tuesday-Saturday. This includes addresses outside of London as well as some Greater London postcodes.

We can offer next day delivery to these addresses if your order is placed before 3pm, or alternatively you can select a future delivery date.

We use our trusted courier, DPD to deliver nationwide orders. DPD will typically make their deliveries before 12pm, and tracking information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided.

Why can’t I order a certain item?

Some of our flowers and plants are not available for nationwide delivery due to their delicate nature, size or the packaging that would be required. Please check with us before you place the order.

My Bouquet does not look exactly like the image on the website...

The signature of a Tang flowers bouquet is that no two bouquets are ever the same so each and every bouquet is bespoke and truly unique. The pictures on our website show an example of our bouquet, and your order will contain seasonal flowers similar in colour, texture and vibrancy – check out our Instagram feed for examples of our work!

I want to create a bespoke order…

If you have something particular in mind that you want to give that special Tang flowers treatment to, drop us an email to contct@tangflowers.com with what it is you are looking for and we’ll let you know if we can help.

How will my nationwide delivery arrive?

Tang flowers are a completely independent company and all orders will be made by us, sent from our studio to your front door using our trusted nationwide courier service. This means that those going a bit further away need a bit of extra packing to arrive safely.

Flowers are carefully wrapped with Kraft paper, and fresh flowers will have a floral gel to keep them hydrated on their journey. These will then be placed in a special flower delivery box, carefully packed out with more kraft paper. If your order comes with a vase, this will be wrapped separately in the same package.

Flower care / How do I make the most out of my bouquet?

Fresh flowers are natural, perishable items, and just like that bunch of coriander in the fridge, they will eventually go over. However there’s plenty you can do to make them last a bit longer.Keep your vase filled all the way to the top with fresh water. Change the water completely every couple of days and re-snip your stems, cutting about 2cm off at an angle. Pop them somewhere out of direct sunlight and away from radiators, air con or draughty spots.

We use a broad range of flowers, foliage and grasses in our arrangements, some of which will last longer than the other parts of it. If any stems start to go over, remove them so that they don’t set the others one off too.If your flowers came with a vase, we highly recommend you use that vase, as the flowers will have been for it and will do their best in it.

How long will my flowers last?

The longevity of fresh flowers varies greatly depending on time of year, variety and at home placement and care. As natural, perishable items and we never guarantee certain longevity. As we use a broad range of flowers, foliage and grasses in our arrangements, some of which will last longer than the other parts of it. Check out our care advice for getting the most out of your flowers.
